Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly but need to show guests how to work the lift and make it clear there is a safe in the room. I had an issue with money going missing but staff checked cameras for me to no avail. For the purposes of the wedding we were attending it was a perfect location.

We recently stayed for a week at the Mövenpick Istanbul Marmara Sea – it was my second time there, and I was just as pleased with the experience as the first time. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, and everything felt comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast buffet had a really good variety and everything we tried was tasty and fresh. The location is also a big plus – right next to the Marmaray station, which made getting around the city really easy. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I’d especially like to thank Gülbahar, who made sure our room was always spotless and who was always kind and welcoming. Ali and Fatih were also always friendly and approachable, and happy to help whenever we needed something. The only small downside is that the rooms aren’t very soundproof – you can hear noise from the neighboring rooms. All in all, it’s a hotel I’d definitely recommend and I’m sure I’ll be back again.

This seemed to be a brand new property, well even if it wasn't it was terrifically maintained, spic and span -- with fully functional and state of the art ameneties. Cordial and helpful staff, great breakfast, good location - will definitely stay here if an opportunity arises. This property probably brings up the overall ratings on all Movenpick hotels (in my head) now.

Mid-September, the weather is nice, the hotel is new, very good, classy and quiet. I took the rooms overlooking the sea. The location of the hotel is close to Fişekhane, which has cafes and restaurants. I would also like to thank Mr. Samed at the reception. He was helpful and kind.

I would say it’s a rare find property. We loved the idea of child play zone and its design and theme. My child loved it indeed. It’s a brilliant addition to the place. It’s sad to see the prices are rocketing all over the country yet I will come back again when it’s possible.

Stayed with my partner for 8nights, Pro: Newly built hotel. Good loctaion. Close to train station. Safe area. Close to marmara sea and shops are nearby. Mövenpick sweets,ice-creams and coffees. Hotel is in overall good condition due to the newness. Common areas are clean and well staffed. Functional Sauna Swimming pool is small but nice. Plenty of lifts Restaurant and cafe item's price is competitive Cons: Lacks Accor standards in staffs,service and professionalism. You will find the same Male gaze from few of the Male staffs as you will find in the streets of Istanbul. Uncomfortable pillows due to use of plastic lining inside the pillow protector!! Definitely not 5 star standard pillows and its a disgrace to see use of those materials inside the pillow protector. Breakfast buffet was ok but lacks variety. Some of the facilities already malfunctioning or incomplete. Steam room didnot work during my stay. Jacuzzi beside the swimming pool non Functional. Light sensor on corridor from to lifts are not done right. When you come out of the room or lifts its always absolute dark until you walk about 20 meters in darkness.(3rd floor) Gym has weird choice of equipments! Shower button, Cupboard sliding doors was malfunctioning. 2 of the ceiling lights never turned on Recommendations: Staff training, Reconsider the pillow protector. Fix the light sensors in corridor. Put number signs infron of the lift (Alphabetical)

Lovely hotel , great room and facilities super clean and amazing breakfast! Highlight was definitely breakfast and special & warm shout out to CENAP VAROL the kitchen director who was so so kind and careful every day making sure my breakfast was safe & amazing I have a gluten allergy and was very careful with making sure I ate safely and had great choices.
