It was a great stay. The room was large, and the bed was very comfortable (believe me, I am very picky). The staff were very friendly. The location is perfect - close to restaurants, attractions, and transportation. The WiFi was very reliable and fast, so I could have several online work-related meetings without any issues.

The check-in process was very easy and quick, and the staff was very nice and he provided many details about the facility and the streets outside. He also arranged our taxi early in the morning to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel to others and will come back to stay next time!

Great spot to base yourself.

Hotel was just what we needed. Central , handy for public transport , close to the Bosphorus. Neighbourhood restaurants and shops nearby. Great bookshop/cafe a few doors away. Service in the hotel was excellent - very helpful desk staff , especially Seddam at night. Rooms spacious, air-conditioned with fridge , kettle etc.

Staff was super helpful and friendly, called the airport to inquire about lust luggage. Make sure you ask for a non-smoking room. Breakfast starts a bit too late if you're on a work schedule.

Made me feel special

Hotel team was very careful and provided special attention to all my needs. The apartment is well equiped to longstay. Nice tube, eventhough the shower could be stronger and more volumous. Room windows can't avoid all external noise and smell. Someone around decided to smoke late at night and it's bad smell bothered my sleep almost every night. Breakfast was repetitive, but tasty and reached my gluten-free needs. Location is amazing. Not a common tourist area, so I could realize how's turkish not-for-tourist neighborhood, shops and restaurants. Bus and tram is close, cheap and easy to use. Special mention to Bariş's friendly and carefull availability.

I liked the interior of the hotel, and the room was very comfortable. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. Maybe I was just hoping for more of a variety of food items. It seemed a little sparse to me. The waiter asked me if I wanted juice. I said yes. I asked for juice on both days and at check-out I was informed that there was a charge for this. The 2nd day when I received my juice it was not even a full glass. How disappointing!
