The location was great, and the room and the hotel itself were very clean. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room every day. Breakfast was excellent, except for the poor “fruit” juice. I would have like to see more fresh fruit on the menu. Staff was exceptionally helpful, arranging an airport transfer, and providing information on ferries and schedules. Our room was small, but adequate. The only complaint I have is that we were not permitted to use the air conditioning, as we were told it was too early in the season. As our room faced a busy street, I would have liked to close the window, but it became too warm and stuffy when I did that.

staff was extremely friendly and helpful, had an issue with a crooked taxi driver , hotel staff stepped in to resolve it, breakfast was very good, hotel was always spotless clean , breakfast staff always go above and beyond to cater to your needs, i will definitely stay here again

I love this hotel. I care about this property. I will be honest about my advice. At breakfast, I would advise to be available until 10:30 instead of 10:00 a.m. Also, please change the juice at breakfast. It is not pleasing. One last thing; the carpet area on the 4th floor near the elevators needs some cleaning. There is a lot of staining to the area carpets.

Sejour dans le suite room mais qui n'est pas trop comme un suite room mais nous avons fait avec. Chambre vieillotte mais suffisant juste pour dormir. Par contre l'emplacement est tres bien. Petit dejeuner minim mais suffisant. Suite room odasinda konakladık, daha cok normal oda gibi, ve eski ama uyumak icin yeterli. Kahvaltı az ama yeterli. Otelin yeri güzel.
