Alles in Ruine.
All aspects of my stay were awful. Upon arrival, my room was unavailable for unexplained reasons. I was put up in a distant hotel far from Herton which was awful, extremely dirty and noisy. When we returned the next morning, they offered an upgraded room to apologise for the issue, which I happily took. Unfortunately, what was presented as an upgrade was a room that was festering with ants and dirt. After asking several times across 2 days, the cleaners finally attempted to do their job, but only managed to clean the floor, leaving the dirty bedding that was supplied to us still there. To top it all off, a receptionist started cursing and swearing at me in both Turkish and Russian just as a result of me talking to her colleague about sorting out the state of my room! The attitude of the workers as a whole was a joke, as is the rest of the mess of a hotel.
The room is not maintained. The Couch is dirty. One of the curtains needs to be fixed. The room lightinig is very dimmed. And the room heating system (radiator) is turned on only at night from 7 pm till morning so the room is cold. And there is no elevator. The only acceptable thing was the breakfast.
