The staff are friendly and kind. They are willing to help. They explain that the water and tea/coffee is free. The only downside was the pool was out of action during my stay. I only used the pool once.

Everything was perfect . The room was not queen bed size . It was single bed and put it together. You cant sleep at the middle . The place of the hotel Location not really fit for 5 stars hotel like golden tulib .

Die 2 Damen haben mir jeden Wunsche erfüllt und ich war sehr zufriedene. Das Personal waren stets am lächeln und hat und buchstäblich die Wünsche von den Lippen abgelesen.
