We had a wonderful stay in Istanbul. The hotel’s location is excellent, but even more impressive was the hospitality of all the hotel staff. They always greeted us with a smile and were very friendly, offering us tea and giving helpful advice about our itinerary. If we have the chance to visit Istanbul again, we would definitely like to stay at the same hotel. The room with a sea view was very spacious and left us with great memories. Thank you！

Excellent room with great river view

A great hotel with some of the friendliest, most professional staff I have encountered. The room (I got an upgrade) had great views over the river and the room itself was excellent. Will definitely stay again on future visits to Istanbul.

We love the hotel. Staffs are really helpful and friendly. Hotel is very new, located on a quiet street, comes with complementary artisan coffee, tea and refreshments 24-7. Room is tidy and clean. Amenities are new. We feel really safe and had a good time staying here.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Best hotel ever. So central for exploring the city and right next to Gulhane Park (a quiet refuge). Plus the Marmaray underground is just next door - one stop to the Asian side of Istanbul. No noise from trains either. Staff went the extra mile, first time I’ve ever known all the staffs’ names! Rooftop view is fabulous and there is a swing chair for your enjoyment. I spent every night watching the sun set over the Bosphorus. Free tea and coffee plus nibbles constantly offered to us. Excellent WIFI.

Amazing Stay

Such a great hotel. It's new, clean, has great service and good location. Just be aware that they do not offer breakfast which was in our case not a problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great staff and central location

Great location if you want to be right in the Sultanahmet area. Super close to multiple sites to visit but also far enough off the main road to not be too crazy. The staff were amazing and make sure that you have a good time. They were always ready to answer questions, give suggestions and help you find an itinerary or new place to eat.

The perfect choice for a very comfortable and peaceful stay. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. Perfectly located near metro, ferry terminal and scores of shops and restaurants. All of the major historic landmarks in Old Town are within walking distance. The concierges were extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. Good location near a tram station, Ferry terminal and nice cafes... Walking distance to the major landmarks ... The hotel staff are soo friendly and willing to serve... They even gave a few free drinks and sweet Turkish treats... Downside... No hotel restaurant or cafe yet (They are building it)...

Fantastic property

This property was amazing. The staff were exceptional, rooms beautiful, comfortable and clean. Within walking distance to main attractions and beautiful views from the room. I was however surprised to see that there was a tram station at the front of the property. I am very sensitive to noise and did not hear anything.
