The property is conveniently located. Close to the tram and easy walk to sultanahmet Murad and Malike the managers were very helpful and friendly .i would definitely visit again would recommend this property

All and all it is a great property. Staff are super friendly and front dest Malike very helpful and knowledgeable. Location is perfect.walking distance to all the good places. I only wish they would have turkish breakfast.

I arrived very late (midnight), and the concierge/ night manager was incredibly helpful and patient, checking me in and booking me a private airport shuttle (48€). The lobby was beautiful, and so was the room. Very well maintained, clean, quiet, and equipped with all the necessary hotel amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was comfortable, nicely decorated, and in a great location. What really stood out to us was the staff. They were exceptional, honestly the best hotel staff we have ever had. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, respectful, attentive, and always willing to help. The location was also very convenient. The tram is only about a one-minute walk away, and many of Istanbul’s main sights are within walking distance. We had a great experience overall and would happily stay here again if we return to Istanbul.

Emerald Mansion - An exquisite boutique hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet! Fantastic stay. The location is perfect to reach all major attractions on foot and very close to public transport - tram, ferry and bus - to easily explore all the other beautiful areas of Istanbul. We stayed on the top floor, a superb room, beautifully detailed, spotless, quiet and very comfortable. High quality and delicious breakfast. Fantastic location, walking distance from key tourist attractions like the Blue Mosque, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and restaurants all over. Staff helped with personalized tour and transportation from the airport and from the hotel to the cruise port at a reasonnable rate and transport was clean and spacious for 3 people with a lot of luggage.

The Hotel is placed in the best location possible in Istanbul, the quietness was perfect for sleeping. But close to the grand bazaar and the spice bazaar, in walking distance to the amazing restaurants, small shops, all the Mosques. The Manager was great and always met me with a smile and asked me how he could help make my stay better, what can he offer to make my day more fun and always asked if I needed and suggestions, the young lady who made the breakfast everyday was absolutely the sweetest. Always with a smile and the food she prepared was fresh everyday. She made the BEST MELEME AND TURKISH COFFEE. The reason I gave the 3 stars on the maintenance of cleanliness is because the house keeper came to clean the room twice and didn't change the linens or towels.

The location is amazing. The hotel itself, is awesome! Nicest boutique hotel ever. The cleanliness of the room and the place is unmatched. But the highlight of it all is the staff! Whether it be the receptionists the concierge, the cleaning staff… They were the nicest people we met in all Istanbul! They go the extra mile so that you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. Next time I’m in the city, I’ll be staying there for sure!
