We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms and common areas were very clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service, hygiene, and ambiance. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Otele ilk geldiğiniz an mis gibi bir koku güler yüzlü personel resepsiyonda sıcak bir yaklaşım sizi karşılıyor . Odalar son derece güzel ve kullanışlı dizayn edilmiş yatak oturma grubu odadaki köşe takımı banyo tuvalet insanı evinde hissettirecek kadar kullanışlı … Kahvaltı Salonu’ndaki güler yüzlü ilgi alaka müşterilerle sıcak yaklaşım kesinlikle yaşanması gereken bir duygu. Konser için gitmiş olduğum İstanbul’daki iki günlük konaklama otel olarak doğru bir seçim yapmanın mutluluğu ile birleşince mükemmel bir bayram sürprizi oldu. Tüm personele ve o gün için nöbetçi Otel Müdiresi olan Selin Akıncı Hanım’a çok çok çok teşekkürler . . .

Hilton otellerine yakışır temizlikte, reception, oda temizlik sorumluları, restoran garsonları ve hatta otoparktaki yardımcı elemanlar bile son derece iyi eğitilmiş, nazik ve yardımcı oldular. Restorasyondan sonra yeni açılmş bir otel. Kahvaltısı mükemmel, lokasyonu istanbulun tam merkezinde ama sakin bir yerde, kolay ulaşılır bir noktada. Kaldığımız odada çok rahat ettik. Teşekkürler

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. El hotel está bien cuidado y bien ubicado. Hay tiendas de alta gama muy cerca, restaurantes y el atractivo de la cercanía del palacio de Dolmabahce. Además el personal es muy atento y amable. Nos atendieron de maravilla. Las habitaciones están perfectamente limpias y equipadas para una estancia confortable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente
