My room was not clean. Pillow cases were dirty. Dust covered all the surfaces. But when I complained, they came and cleaned. They also changed the pillow cases. The worst part was the underground parking. It was very difficult to get in and out.

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas abgelegen, aber hat einen Transfer der zum Taksim Platz fährt. Von da erreicht man schnell die Top Gegenden mit der Metro oder sogar zu Fuß. Personal sehr freundlich.

Vize işlemi için geldik ve 1 gece eşimle otelde konaklama yaptık. Oda çok rahat, temiz, konforluydu. Sadece gece girişimizi yapan resepsiyon çalışanınin yaklaşımından hiç hoşlanmadık. Otel ödemesini yapmış olmamıza rağmen bizden en az 2000 tl depozito istedi. Odaya herhangi bir zarar verirsek de o parayi geri vermiceklerini söyledi. Bir de ödediğimiz ücret içinde kahvalti olsa daha iyi olabilirdi.
