My honest review is that I found the staff outside of the manager very dry and disengaged. There was a young lady that was a part of the wait staff in the evening that was very polite and helpful as well. The location was a little inconvenient but very quiet. The breakfast buffet was above average even though the scrambled eggs were a little too wet for my liking. The manager tried his best to make us feel welcome and comfortable but the other members at the front dropped the ball.

Lovely hotel

We had a lovely stay at Buem Hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful and professional at all times. The room we were given was very clean and had all the essentional items you would need for a short stay including tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from and we can highly recommend this hotel.

Complete package

Nice boutique hotel close to main areas of interest on Asian side of Istanbul. Everyone working in the hotel is trying to make your stay enjoyable. Good breakfast and having a car parking is certainly a plus. Wifi is working great. I will definitely stay again in my coming trips.

The first room given was smoking cigarettes because of guests not willing to comply with no smoking policy. However, we were immediately given two other options and the rest of stay was smooth. Frontdesk, housekeeping and waiters in breakfast area were kind and helpful. The hotels so conveniently located and this was our second time which we hope will not be the last.

Lots of Things To Like

I was very happy with my accommodations at the Buem Hotel. The staff is exceptionally helpful - from the front desk to housekeeping to food service. The room was very clean and I loved having the daily housekeeping service, as this is no longer standard in the U.S. The food was excellent, and one reason that I chose the hotel. I had three meals a day at the hotel for several days, and it was nice just “staying in.” I also enjoyed the lobby common area where I sometimes had tea and a croissant as a change of scenery while working on my laptop. Lots of things to like about this hotel!

Hotel is in a quiet road located at 10 mins walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Room is a bit small but it is equipped with all the necessary. Bathroom is fully renovated and is equipped with bathing kits and slippers. Istanbul tourist landmarks are reachable with B1 line. 15 mins walking + 10 mins by train
