Beautiful property but the traffic noise was crazy. Had to use earplugs to sleep. The kitchen was more than accommodating for my dietary restrictions of gluten free. Even the breakfast buffet was accommodating. Close to transit if you’re adventurous. Staff more than happy to please.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, all of the staff was helpful and cheerful. Not only did they care for me when I was on property, they provided me with their phone numbers in case of emergencies. They all proud a sense of proud to their jobs and it shows. Perfect pre-cruise hotel

The service was amazing and very friendly. We had a last minute reservation and they arranged transportation to the hotel and to our cruise ship the next day. Breakfast was good. Coffee was ok. The honeycomb at the breakfast bar was huge.

This was our fourth stay at the Bricks Hotel in nine months. We were once again very satisfied. Service and customer satisfaction are top priorities at the Bricks Hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful at all times. I would like to particularly highlight Mr. Salih and Mr. Ismail for their excellent service. I can definitely recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to our next stay at the Bricks Hotel.
