The hotel is close to tourist attractions and has a good breakfast buffet. Only challenge is the access road to hotel is closed during the daytime. You have to carry your luggage to the Main Street, not a convenient process. Overall, it’s a good place to stay with family

The hotel was within a few minutes walk to the Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque - so very convenient. Also, convenient for the Grand Bazaar, Egytian Bazaar, and the Bosphoros. The hotel staff could not have been nicer. Any issue they dealt with immediately. Only negative would be the size of the room - but that seems to be fairly standard in Europe. Overall I would recommend this hotel

I couldn't see anything from my 2 windows, only stairs. So, there was no view at all...The breakfast is poorly comparing to other hotels in Istambul. The location is great and the staff at the frontdesk too. But the noise wakes you up. There was noise from guests and from the lady that cleans the room with the vacuum cleaner. There is a lift that was good. and the view from the breakfast is not so nice either as there are many buildings.

The room smelled like urine. I had to complain and request a change. The AC didn't work either. The property is very old i guess!. The staff was very nice. ENES was very nice on the front desk. The only thing property had going for it was its nice staff.

Mustafa, whom I think is one of the managers, is very helpful. The hotel is centrally located, a short walk to the Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Its an amazing Hotel. However, the first room they put me in, Room 111 is absolutely horrible. Its right above restaurants and the noise is VERY VERY loud and kept us up until 3am! Horrible. They should NEVER put ANY guest in that room. The next day they moved me to 302 and that is when the stay became wonderful.

After the first night we had to buy water, we had to wash our coffee cups in the bathroom, we were told we had to wash them ourselves. The room was small for 4 people and was told that our luggage cannot fit.

Staff muito gentil, disponíveis e falam inglês. Hotel bem localizado entre as duas Mesquitas (400m) e o Grand Bazar (600m). Muitas lojas, restaurantes e ponto de tram nas imediações. O quarto triplo é de bom tamanho. Os móveis são novos, a cama é boa e a cabeceira azul é linda. A TV é pequena, só tem programação turca e o sinal não estava bom. Tem frigobar, chaleira elétrica e água disponível. O problema da 1ª noite foi o frio. O ar condicionado desligou e estava abaixo de zero na rua. O piso próximo à porta-janela estava gelado. Avisamos na recepção, eles arrumaram o ar, mas perto da janela continuou frio. O banheiro é novo (precisa de um pouco mais de cuidado na limpeza), tem bancada e a água do chuveiro é boa, mas o box é muito apertado. Se derrubar o sabonete, fica no chão. Se encostar na torneira, o chuveiro desliga. Pedi troca de quarto, mas todos os banheiros tinham o mesmo tamanho. A recepção tem bastante espaço para convivência. Tem sala de depósito de bagagem, com balança. Tem bar na recepção, oferecem chá, café e água o tempo todo e não cobram nada. Café da manhã é no 5º andar, com vista para o palácio Topkapi, Mesquita Hagia Sofia e o Bósforo. Sobre a comida, minha impressão não foi das melhores. Só 2 tipos de pães, doces pareciam secos, 2 sucos sem identificação e muita salada, além de café, chá e chocolate quente. Possuem serviço de transfer do aeroporto (EU 100,00 ida e volta para 3). Motorista e funcionários do hotel nos ajudaram com as malas.
