Very nice hotel perfect for somewhere to sleep. Decor is a bit tired but was very clean. Reception staff are very helpful and went the extra mile to help reunite me with my phone after I left it in a taxi! Close to lots of shops and restaurants

The Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed At – Not Even Worth One Euro This is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free – in fact, I’d rather sleep on the street than spend another minute in this disgusting place. The entire hotel is filthy beyond belief. The rooms are dirty, the bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, and there’s an unbearable smell lingering everywhere. You literally feel gross just being there. It’s also incredibly noisy – walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway. Don’t expect to get any sleep. Absolutely nothing about this place is worth even one euro. It’s a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs. This hotel should be shut down for health and safety reasons.

We arrived at the hotel after 10 hours drive, paid £50 for food because we was hungry, we was told it will take 30 min, food arrived too late over an hour late, it was cold and some of the order was missing so we have to wait for another hour. We wish we was not eating that food we all got food poison, my little one didn't ate so he was fine. On the booking it say air conditioning available but only in the living room area we had 2 bedrooms none of the rooms had air-conditioning, it was too hot to sleep as outside temperature was over 35 at night. Avoid, not worth the money.

The hotel is close to SAW Airport on the Asian side of Istanbul. Its 5 minutes in a taxi, not walking distance. It is NOT close to IST Airport (the other Istanbul airport on the European side). It is easy to get Uber here, there are bus stops near the hotel. It is located in working class suburb. There are plenty of shops, restaurants on the street. Further down is a big shopping mall with clothes stores, fashion stuff etc. The hotel is fairly basic. No business centre, gym, pool. There is a front desk and breakfast area. Reception was helpful & efficient. English is spoken. Breakfast is cold buffet with tea and juice. There is free Wi-Fi, I found this good for work use. I had an apartment which was spacious and comfortable with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with single beds a single bed in the living room area. There is a kitchenette but no cooking equipment (nor crockery, cutlery) I borrowed cutlery from breakfast to eat in my room! There is a kettle. There is a shower room - no bath. Bathroom sundries are provided. The bed is comfortable, the mattress firm, linen and towels were clean & fresh every day. The room was quiet, I slept well. Some reviews said the air conditioning being a problem. I stayed 7 days in March 2023 - the air conditioning worked fine. The room was serviced daily and kept clean. This is a value priced hotel which offers a good service and a good standard of “no-frills” accommodation. I will happily stay at this hotel again
