The hotel was lovely. Staff were great, rooms were clean, noise was minimal, breakfast was good, and location was great for someone who has been to istanbul before and doesn't need to stay in the center of the historical stuff.

Hotel with good transport links

The location of this hotel was fantastic, near Osmanbey metro station and Pangalti bus stop. I was welcomed very well. The hotel and room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. All the staff were very nice and helpful.

the staff was helpful and nice but the property is in bad condition, the standard room is exceptionaly small. the furniture is very old and shaby the matresses are lumpy and very uncomfortable.

The rooms, unfortunately, did not quite match the appearance presented in the photographs, being somewhat small and cramped. However, the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, and the location proved to be conveniently situated near various attractions. Furthermore, the internet speed was quite acceptable, with easy login procedures and no significant connection problems encountered throughout the trip.

Sadece bir kac gece ve iş icinnyatmadan yatmaya kalinabilecek bir otel Metroya elli-yuz metre olmasi iyi ve Pangalti Osmanbey Nisantasi Elmadag Kasimpasa ortasinda hepsine yurume mesafesi. Alkollu icecek yok.

Oda sıcaklığı yeterli değil hasta olmayın.

Şubat ayında yapmış olduğum konaklamada maalesef odam buz gibiydi resepsiyonla 4-5 kez iletişime geçtim. Klimaya çözüm bulamadılar. Oda değişikliği istedim, otelin dolu olduğunu söylediler. Otelden çıkış yapmak istedim daha sonra boş oda ayarlandı. Yeni odamda kısmen diğer odaya göre iyiydi ama maalesef genel olarak hiç bir şekilde ısınamadım. Resepsiyondaki kişilerin davranışları gayet kibardı. 2 gecelik konaklamamı 1 gece kalarak sonlandırdım. Kış aylarında tavsiye etmiyorum

Harika bir otel…

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Otel konumu, konforu ve temizliği ile bize çok güzel 3 gün yaşattı. Otel personeli 11 aylık kızımızın yemeğini bile yaptılar. Herkes elinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalıştı hepsine teşekkür ederim.
