I felt at home

I recently stayed at Actuel Life Hotel, and overall, I had a great experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location was very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. I felt at home, thank you.

It was truly a wonderful experience

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt a positive energy. The staff were so attentive and friendly it felt like I had known them for years. My room was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Breakfast was not only delicious but also served in a peaceful atmosphere. In short, everything was delightful. Low-End Hotel, Noisy, Mediocre Service

My stay was not consistent with the ratings I saw. The walls are very thin and room is not noise proof. Walls were also dirty. I had no hand soap because room cleaning took it the day after it was opened and never replaced the soap they took. They also took my hand towels and did not replace them. One night someone was smoking and I had to open my window to get to sleep from the smell. I had to use ear plugs every single night. The front desk was not able to resolve these issues. The breakfast is of poor quality. I would not stay here beyond a simple one or two nights. This was a regrettable stay for me given what is available in this area.
