"Lovely hotel, great location but the stand out was the staff, every person of staff that I spoke to was very friendly, a lot of the staff were young which in the U.K. could be a red flag however, maybe it’s the Cambridge air but they were all great."

"My wife, who is an artist, loves the decor of this hotel. I found the staff really helpful. We had an odd problem with our room due to the kettle causing an electrical short. The staff were excellent in sorting out the problem and gave us an upgrade. The breakfast is very good and well laid out with options for a personalised service. The beds are very comfortable, we have stayed there before so can compare the rooms. The location is excellent, just near the railway station. We plan to stay there again when visiting family."

"Clean room, great use of facilities at Imagine Spa, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Delicious pie of the week and breakfast too. Great staff, every single one of them. Paticularly Elliott who saved us some money too with taxi recommendations. Taxis very good too and night life great for 2 of us in the city of Cambridge"
