We had a really lovely stay at Hyatt Centric Cambridge. The staff at check in were so friendly. The bed was incredibly comfortable – we both slept so well – and the bathroom was excellent, modern and spotless. Everything felt fresh and well thought out. Great hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Great room. Only issue is the parking situation. The signage on the street isn’t very clear and I was fined thinking the 1st hour is free - but this isn’t the fault of the hotel but the company that runs the pay and display parking facility.

The room is with nice deco, clean and spacious. Very comfortable. However, the breakfast is far from standard. For example, fried eggs were as tough as rubber and I couldn’t cut them with knife, sausages were dry and also difficult to cut. I had just eaten one slice of toast and that’s it. Other food were left on the plate. Seriously breakfast needs to have big improvement.
