"While staying at this hotel for eight days seven nights, we did not receive room service the entire stay the hotel itself seemed clean, and the staff were nice. Although the towel warmer in the room did not work and we only received two towels for the whole week. We had also paid for a city view room and received a room that overlooked their laundry mat attached to the hotel so all we saw the roof of a laundromat. The mini fridge in the room seem to consistently leak water. I try not to complain too much as I did not try to spend it very much time in the room as I was exploring the city although for the price, I definitely think there could’ve been improvements made. I will reiterate, though I am sure if I would have asked the front desk for towels I could’ve received them, but as we were coming to the room late every night, we really just wanted to go to bed and the lady at the front was a young lady, and she was always kind and pleasant."

"Overall my stay here was great until I got ready to go.. Was running late for my ride to airport because their elevators was not properly functioning it never opened I had to go down 7 flights of stairs with three suitcases unacceptable for that.."

"Reception staff were super helpful throughout our stay. They helped us book taxis and provided essentials like toothbrushes and toothpaste when needed. The air conditioning was excellent — the room cooled down instantly, and when it got too cold, warm air came out straight away as well. We didn’t try the breakfast, but there was a water filter, vending machine, and coffee machine available near reception for guests to use. Overall, a comfortable stay with very helpful service."
