"Our stay at Impressions Isla Mujeres was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. The level of service is unlike anything we’ve experienced before, and every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. One of the highlights was having our own personal butler, who made everything effortless. Whether it was arranging reservations, answering questions, or simply checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, they made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. We had the pleasure of having Wedinzon and Vianey. If you’re looking for a lively party resort, this probably isn’t the place for you—and that’s exactly what makes it so special. Impressions is a true wellness retreat. It’s peaceful, luxurious, and designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. We loved participating in the floating meditation, wellness activities, and the incredible spa experiences. Every activity left us feeling refreshed. The food exceeded every expectation. Every restaurant delivered beautifully presented, high-quality meals. The variety and attention to detail were outstanding, making every meal something to look forward to. "I have no doubt that this is the best hotel to book on Isla if you want to be on Playa Norte. Rooms were spacious and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They addressed all of our concerns. When a state worker yelled at my son for accidentally grabbing a beach chair from the pile and placing on the beach too early (apparently they’re not allowed to set up chairs and umbrellas before 9am), the front desk wanted to submit a complaint to the city on our behalf. They truly made our comfort and convenience our top priority. As far as the beach goes, you can’t get any better than right smack in the middle of Playa Norte. It was also within walking distance of plenty great restaurants, not to mention the food carts are right outside too. We had churros and fried plantains almost every night for dessert. Food service was great and there’s something to be said about the quality of food when it is not all inclusive, it’s just better! My family and I had a great time and the staff at Ixchel had a lot to do with that."

"The location was good. 6 minute walk to virtually everything. We had an oceanview suite which was very nice. The only issue was that the elevator didn’t work and we were on the 4th floor. The hotel description indicated that there was coffee in room but it was small and no cream or sugar."

"JC is amazing. He waited on us and brought food, drinks etc to us while floating in the ocean We never had to ask for anything he anticipated what we were wanting before even asking. and walked into the water to bring it too us also gotta say Richie, Ricardo, Louis and Miguel were awesome. They took care of us at the bar and in the dining room. amazing staff Regarding mia. just know. the rooms are clean not updated. but the ocean is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond"
