"The room was nice, clean and quiet. We wished there was an outdoor space where we could have our coffee in the mornings. Kin Ha isn’t included at Casa Azul Maya anymore, which was a very family friendly beach club. The included club now is Loretta’s, which is very nice and the food excellent, though not as family oriented."

"The front desk were very helpful and quick. Grounds were clean and pool. But the air conditioning unit was on the balcony making it about 20°F warmer than outside temp. Also the pool area side says no alcohol in pool but what they mean is no outside alcohol allowed at the pool. This should be on the sign. They want you to purchase from their pool bar. "
