"2 ladies on reception were veey welcoming and efficient upon check in. The whole hotel is pristinely clean. The room was spacious , spotless and comfortable. Everythkng was modern and the little toiches such as bottled water and slippers were very much appreciated. The location is so convenient for the train station , as well as local shops , bars etc. We didnt eat here at all as we already had other plans but now i wish we did as the food looked really good and fairly priced. The bar area is again very clean and welcoming. "

"We stayed last night for the river if lights. The room was clean and comfortble. The ability to change the room temperature is great. Our room was only set up for 2 people. However there was 4 of us. They were quick to.provide extra towels, cups, coffe and milk. "

"Unfortunately we had to leave early due to an emergency at home so never got to stay the whole night but our first impressions were excellent! The two female staff that were in duty 28/20/25 about 9pm were so friendly. When we checked out again later the night staff was an equally friendly guy! View was fab, room was great, decor lovely and bed comfy-for the time we were in it! Gutted to have had our visit cut short but we were impressed by what we saw in the short time we were there! "
