"Had a fantastic stay at the Atlantic for my husbands birthday. One downside we had not been told to check-in our car registration number plate so we were given a £100 fine. Also had requested fridge in room which it was not. Had to contact Reception by messaging and this was not responded to so had NO fridge. "

We requested extra towels as we were a party of four and only three sets had been supplied but they were delivered up to our room as soon as we'd requested. "This is brilliantly situated and the adjacent car park is very convenient for a City stay. On arrival the reception desk lady was sooo helpful (sorry, we didn't get your name). The room was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in and the bed was huge. We plan on visiting again and won't hesitate to stay here."
