"Easy to find just off motorway, parking underground ok, room basic but clean. The breakfast was Excellent ( good choice ). Only vending machines for food and soft drinks. The location (on industrial estate ) normal but a five minute walk to catch a train in to Madrid central ( Sol station ) a must for site seeing and food etc. Trains every 1/2 hour in both directions."

"We spent two weekend nights, we were given room 407 which is right in front of a club and a alimentarios shop open all night. Noisy crowd all night till after 6am. I am sure the hotel knows about that problem. Expedia gold members or not, we felt we were downgraded; our stay in Madrid less enjoyable because of that"

"Helpful staff nearly always available. Very clean and beds made for us each day. On one early morning the lock jammed shut n the only toilets/shower available, with no one inside, and it took time for us to realise that no one was inside; so the facilities were out of use for an hour. However once the reception was staffed the staff sorted out the problem very quickly. Overall this was a very good place to stay, exceptionally convenient, and I would strongly recommend it."
