I believe they should be more polite and willing to answer questions, especially for tourists who may not speak the language. On the other hand, housekeeping was exceptional"

"Hotel is located in a good location, if you’re willing to walk a few extra blocks you will be saving hundreds of dollars vs hotels closer to the Harbor. You can get to the Subway, malls, Temple Street, Harbor area 10-15 minutes walk."

"Only mirror was in the bathroom but no socket for hairdryer. Only hanging space over kettle area needs curved hanging rail on wall opposite door to room. No windows open. Pool and terrace on top floor closed"
