Hotels near Huhugam Heritage Center

"The room smelled like a mildew, waited over an hour for extra towels so we could head to the pool and an extra blanket so had to go back to the office a 2nd time to get them, and a since we had 4 people in our room (which is how many we said would be in the room) but they didn’t leave anything extra for us to use.. Looked like homeless people hanging out all in the parking lot.. The door to our room was opened when we got there so wasn’t sure if any body was in there.. "

"Hotel itself seemed clean enough but the room was a disaster. Bed was wet, which I discovered agreed laying down for a bit and my back soaking up ... Whatever it was. Shower pipes we're noisy/squealing the whole time, ironing board was literally disintegrating, sharing broken pieces all over the floor. Iron ruined my white shirt leaking rust all over it. Floor felt skinny to talk barefoot on. Really a horrible room experience."

"Room, location, parking all great. Followed instructions to get towed and beds done while we were out from 9:15 to 4. Room not done. Called front desk. Rang 20 times and no answer. Called guest services. Rang 20 times. No answer. Called front desk again.20 times, no answer. Went to front desk in person and told them I wanted room put in order. Desk clerk called person from backroom and they started arguing over how it was handled earlier. I got disgusted an mad and told them to get towels and beds made and stomped off. Waited in room for over an hour and a half. Went back to front desk upset. Clerk said I can get your towels and went to room near front desk and gave me towels. Why not bring them up to room earlier. Poor service. Never again!!"

"Room was clean but the king bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It did not have beside tables and lamps on both sides of the bed, which was very inconvenient."

"First opinion of our room was YUCK! The chairs in the room were so dingy and nasty we wouldn’t even sit on them. They were lime green so they showed EVERYTHING and it made everything else feel nasty and dirty. Staff was eh and we didn’t eat the breakfast, but it was set up in the lobby and didn’t look like anything worth bragging about. "

"Parking was easy staff was very welcoming the towels in the room unfortunately had a bad smell. The beds were not very comfy and they did not have blankets in the room. Perfect for an overnight stay. "
