"Excellent staff made us feel so welcome the room we stayed in was nice and quiet, evening meal at the restaurant was nice, the breakfast was superb the toast was really good and the mushrooms tasted so good."

"The property photos must have been taken a long time ago and are misleading, particularly the living sreas, which are dark and in need of an upgrade. Despite earlier negative reviews, the bathroom and showers and hot water were fine. Host did not respond to emails seeking reassurance that issues raised in other reviews had been addressed."

"Property appears to have been recently made over, everything is new and fresh, extremely clean and although on the small side the rooms are perfect for overnight stays, comfortable bed and with more than enough tea/coffee supplies unlike a lot of places. The continental breakfast was excellent quality and plentiful. We could not fault the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall excellent value for money and we will definitely go back"
