Great access to public transportation

This place had everything we needed for a week and a half stay it was very clean and very convenient to the metro that allowed us access to downtown Houston. I would definitely book my stay here again.

I always like staying here. I almost never have any issues. One of the elevators didn't want to come to the floor when called. The location is perfect. Will book again.

Good location and accommodations.....

We were very happy with the accommodations and its location. This is a great place to stay if you plan to go to Houston for a football game or the rodeo. The train is next to the complex and has a stop right next to the stadium. The cost is $1.25 each way. There is a great breakfast place just around the corner....be prepared to wait in lline.

We had a great time!

Great location and great stay. Everyone was nice and communicative. My one complaint is the room smelled really badly of smoke. They came in and ozone treated the room which helped but the smell was still there. With that being said, the location of the place is awesome. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The train is downstairs. And the stadium and ballpark are both nearby.

Nice loft

We were a little daunted about how to actually get the key to the loft. However, we followed the photos and instructions and it was very simple. There is a bar very close by with loud music most nights. The loft had a small noise cancelling machine, which I appreciated very much. We had everything we needed, including a very large walk-in closet. Kitchen was very well equipped.

The property was great! Nice touch with the free water bottles, bluetooth speaker and laundry detergent pods. Big building but also quiet in the residential areas. Nice size pool, cool community center. The only issue is the area behind the building where there is a lot of homeless by the train station. And the garage isn't gated and is public parking which can make things a bit uneasy with a rental car. Other than that the location is excellent and close to everything; downtown, Montross bars etc. There are several bars and restaurants attached and in walking distance of the building.

Dirty room with broken items throughout, unresponsive staff, and the pool was no accessible - which was not communicated. This place was awful and I’ll never stay again.

Super Convenient Metro Rail directly outside. Runs daily every 12/15 minutes. Shops, bars, restaurants all in minutes walking distance. Some literally on 1st floor of complex on same block.
