The room was set up much different than other hotels. The shower was open to the room with your bed, there were no side tables next to the bed, no lamps, no plugs or clock. The sink did not drain, the faucet leaked. When I told the staff, they just said ok. The bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were flat, and the room smelled like weed or a strange smell. There was not a blow dryer either.

I would not recommend staying at Crystal Inn. The air conditioner made loud noises throughout the entire night, making it very difficult to sleep. On top of that, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and I woke up sore the next morning. The customer service was even more disappointing. When we checked in, we politely asked if a first-floor room was available. The front desk employee responded, “You can’t walk?” which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Despite the poor first impression, we decided to give the hotel a chance and stayed the first night of our planned two-night stay. The next morning, we went to the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms because of the noisy AC and also requested more toilet paper. Instead of trying to help, the front desk employee rudely told us, “Don’t come down here and complain like it’s your own home.” There was no attempt to address our concerns or provide basic customer service. Between the uncomfortable room conditions and the disrespectful staff, our stay was extremely disappointing. We ended up leaving early and would not stay here again.
