"Really lovely, fancy hotel. The staff were nice and agreeable but lacked follow through. We were missing a couple of items in our rooms, requested them from staff, and then they were never delivered. I was told they would accommodate our request for quiet rooms, and we were placed by an ice machine, a door where staff were coming and going, and above the pool where they play music evenings and weekend. Also a lack of fast casual dining. I was there with teens, but the dining in the hotel was...
