Suites are with air conditioning and the bedrooms have a ceiling fan as well. Our room had a good view. The gym is stocked to a basic but functional level, though it's a shame one of the treadmills weren't working. At $25 per night, the parking is cheaper than many Houston hotels. It genuinely is very close to the Galleria mall, as well as other shops, which is very convenient when travelling with a baby. It's a shame the suites don't have kettles. Otherwise we'll equipped.

We had a two room suite, with a standard fridge and the kitchen had supplies and a dishwasher . I did not expect to be so pleased. Good bed, secure parking, adequate breakfast. Highly recommend.

My stay was great. The room was clean and linens were pristine. The foldout couch was a little wonky but I didnt use it so it didnt matter. The elevators were going through a midlife crisis, it seemed like. One worked well, the other decided it didnt want to open on certain floors unless you pushed the button to open the doors when it would stop. Neither elevator had a working light but thats ok ... They put a motion light in there so youre not traveling to your room in the dark! Great location. I would stay here again. YOU ARE CHARGED $25 PER DAY TO PARK IF YOU BROUGHT A CAR.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very spacious pullout couch and a full kitchen. The air worked wonderful the hot water pressure was great. The refrigerator was very good. The room was clean. There was a breakfast buffet of sort. I would only say that there could be a tad bit more options. My only complaint to make this place more enjoyable would be the smell ! Also update the showers. The showers need a new caulking, while it was clean there were areas that just could not be clean anymore and needed to be redone. In the hallway, there was a pungent smell all day. I don’t believe it was from lack of cleaning as every day I saw the staff cleaning. I think it may be their cleaning supplies mixed together. It almost smelled like urine. It was unbearable. Lastly maybe the pool area could be kept a little better. There was so much stuff floating in the water, but I am more so blame guest for that than the staff because again I would like to reiterate that the staff were very attentive and cleaning daily check-in was easy , check-in hostess even gave me some recommendations for food which I went with and they were amazing. I’m learning that Houston is not very walkable but for this area, you can find lots of places to eat as as well as as the mall is right there so I will definite stay here again !

Our family usually stays here for both business and/or pleasure. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is polite and professional. The Galleria is close by. You can walk to several shops or restaurants nearby. We've never had an issues.

During our stay our room was affected by a water pipe that busted in a higher floor level. While it was very frustrating to have to move rooms, Veronica was a tremendous help and supportive. She single handed masterminded strategy to make sure my group could still get ready/shower in preparation for our birthday plans despite the water being turned off. I know the situation was extremely stressful but she handful everyone with care anf grace and I'm beyond thankful for her. She needs to get a raise!! Their was also an issue with elevator lights not working and one being out of service. Other than that breakfast and cocktail hour were cool. Room were okay, but I think could have smelled better.

Breakfast was really good. The place definitely suited our needs. However the pullout sleeper needed an upgrade. Some of the upholstery needed a steam clean. Would we stay again, yes. However, there are just certain little things that need to be addressed
