"As always, the clock tower is very clean, the staff is unbelievable and super helpful, the hotel is stunning, the breakfast is definitely the best I’ve had in the UK, and the location is very central. We actually walked from the Piccadilly train station to the hotel, no issues."

"The hotel was busy this time with the foyer being renovated and quite large groups. This meant that there was a bit of a wait at breakfast for the coffee machine and hot food etc. but the options were still available. Parking was available and signage was given to the temporary reception area so all ok."

"Check in was painful with the need to scan s Qr code and fill in a form when all our details are already on the system when we booked. No tea making facilities in rooms. Staff wete great but big queues due to mobile registration. What happens if there is someone who doesn't do mobile qr codes? "

"Excellent location, nicely decorated, clean room. Self check-in was straight forward and fast. Friendly, helpful staff. The only thing we didn't care for was the communal coffee/tea station. As we walked by once, there was an unsavoury looking cup of coffee sitting on the worktop and turned us off of using the machine. The restaurant/bar was fabulous! The food was delicious and great value for money. We will definitely stay again."
