"Wonderful location for a night in the Gothic Quarter near the harbour. The rooms are tight but the public spaces compensate for it. Coffee and hot drinks are thoughtful ammenities "

"In the evenings there are 3 restaurants with a nice variety. Also, room service. We went to restaurant on the second floor and were seated and given menus BUT when we wanted to order we were told we had to leave and go eat in the restaurant on the first floor. Very Rudely told. there were other people sitting there eating...no explanation just we don't serve that here.... maybe it was the time...but why give us a menu that you aren't serving. The down stair restaurant is more for evening dining and more expensive meals. Was not expended. Even a smile would have helped or an explanation. We speak perfect spanish so wasn't lost in translation. Otherwise an amazing hotel. Clean and comfortable. Reception was amazing. Also so thankful for the shuttle bus, although not easy to find section G at the airport. No signs on the inside. We were quike a group of confused people worried we were waiting in the wrong spot. "

"recently stayed at this property and I was truly impressed by the staff’s attentiveness. Though I initially wasn’t sure about Suite 509 due to the stairs, it turned out perfect. The suite had a downstairs bathroom and sofa bed, with the main bedroom and another bathroom upstairs, plus a balcony. The staff thoughtfully set up the daybed for our friend, ensuring privacy for us. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh. The breakfast spread was superb—fresh pastries, local cheeses, cereals, fruits, and something for everyone. I highly recommend it for both comfort and service."
