"The person at the desk during my check-in, Jason, was professional, friendly and very welcoming. We had a couple of good laughs as he very efficiently got my room ready. The hotel is large with lots of entrances and hallways. I got a little confused about where my room was. But the room was comfortable and clean. A very good value and a very friendly staff."

"We were an hour early due to a schedule change that was out of our control. The lady at front desk helped us get into our room so we could make our event. She did not have to do that, and she went out of her way to help us. I really appreciated it."

"No one was present when we entered the hotel. There was a buzzer to ring to alert staff. We rang twice and no one responded. We had to go into a staff only area to get someone’s attention. Upon check out, again no one was behind the counter. Key was left at desk. Lack of customer service at front desk was disappointing."
