This was a wonderful and reasonably priced stopover, after we attended a Bills game. The staff were very friendly. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, and beds comfortable. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choices. The hotel location is right off the Batavia exit for the NYS thruway, which is so convenient!

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the VA home and because of its price. It was fine. We only had two issues: 1) the bed pillows were hard as rocks and 2) the shower receptacles (shampoo and gel) were empty.

The rooms are somewhat dated. The rooms are in need of touch up.....a lot of chips, scratches and gouges on the entrance and bathroom doors. Minor maintenance has gone overlooked for the most part. Generally, the property is in good condition and the staff was very helpful and friendly. REALLY small rooms!

Hotel stay

We booked this hotel to stay at while we were up in NewYork for the Buffalo Bills game. We were very happy with the room condition and all of the attendants were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall we had a very good stay and will probably book again next time we are back up for a get away.
