"The location of the hotel was just right for accessing dining, shopping and the beach. "

"The bathroom was small. The bathroom on our last cruise was larger. The room was huge, and the AC worked great. The condition of the room was excellent. The bathroom was clean and modern. The water pressure was outstanding. Everybody we met at the hotel was chill and helpful. Everything cost extra. The lounge chairs had to be rented. Why have a premium resort and cost, and then nickel and dime your guests? Anyway the property is well located and excellent. "

"Good value for location, view. Hotel itself is very functional, staff very friendly. The carpets and upholstery are a bit stained, bathrooms a bit smelly. A drawer was broken in our dresser. Though you get a balcony to yourself, they are not private. I loved the ocean front view, and leaving our door open to hear the sound of the ocean. The noise from Kalakaua is loud (party busses, street cleaning, motorcycles, etc). Loved that the beach was right there, and being close to Waikiki-adjacent restaurants on Kapahulu. Would stay again."
