"This hotel is in a great location and has a lovely bar that has nice cocktails and food the staff are lovely and do try to resolve any issues you have.
The issue we encountered the property has an issue with noise when other people use showers, if you are in that side of the property and on floor 23 in a suite you will hear the pipes rattling and clanging. We did go down early hours to report the sounds and at first they kind of denied it, we recorded the sounds and played them back and all was ok after that, they did say they were going to try and get it fixed, we were moved to floor 21, the noise was less but still remained.
Overall a nice clean property but can be a little noisy!"
