"The hotel staff was so quick to response ! Each day I was calling to borrow the iron they will bring it to my room. The cleaning lady was amazing. The view from my 21 floor room was fabulous. I could see the entire HK skyline. The bed was very comfortable. I accidentally changed the AC to hot and couldn’t fix it back. I called in for help and in less than 1 minute someone came to fix the thermostat and show me what I did wrong. The breakfast buffet was delicious and so many choices. There were two managers well dressed ensuring everyone was taken care of, so professional and attentive l, cleaning the plates from the tables and wishing everyone a great day. It was such a great experience to be treated so kindly. I travel all over the world and I never go to breakfasts at hotel because of bad past experiences but this time I was rewarded. Thank you so much ! The location is perfect. Train near by, coffee shops and restaurants all cheap prices and most delicious food. Loved Hong Kong."
