"Clean, older rooms, time to get new bed, it sunk in the middle "

"The room was clean and the staff was nice . The only reason I didn’t give all the stars was due to the breakfast . It was a nice option but everything kept running out and some of the other guest were making 10-12 waffles . Just a suggestion maybe get another waffle maker station or put a limit per guest . The best part is Denny’s and McDonald’s steps away from the hotel "

"WiFi dreadful, used data mostly. Housekeeping extremely poor. 4 days in between servicing, no hoovering. Long wait for evening meals. Breakfast lacking in anything healthy. Pool area superb. Old tv without SMART facilities. All in all this hotel is looking shabby and needs an upgrade which I’m told is in the planning stage."

"I hate to write a bad review, but the way this property was displayed online is nothing like how it actually is. It’s true- they have renovated 2 floors of rooms, which I asked to stay in. However, the cleanliness and condition of the room overall was bad. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy from a historic property, but there was literally a used hand towel on the sink as soon as we checked in. Not to mention an already consumed liquor bottle sitting on the shelf, in the room. Not to mention, the newly renovated shower was covered in mildew and no surface of the room appeared to be touched with a cleaner. The hotel is in such a cool spot and surrounded by nightlife and activities but I would rather stay somewhere mediocre that was double the price and farther away, than stay at the Harrison again. Elijah at the front desk was super nice and apologetic and helped us get the rest of our stay refunded. Probably the best part of our visit. "

"The bedding had to be changed because it wasn’t clean. The refrigerator made an annoying sound all night. I think the motor was dying. They responded right away to change the bedding, but nothing could be done about the refrigerator. The A/C fan somewhat drowned out the sound. The location is great. Not far from the Cruise Port."
