"It was a great stay!"

"The room was cleaned but not very well. The shower was moldy along with the shower curtain and there was hair left behind in the shower. There was stains on the sheets and pillow cases. The plumbing was horrible toilets not flushing well and sink drained slow as well as the shower. had to have maintenance come by to fix it, and that didn’t really do anything. They had plumbers there our whole stay sawing pipes at 7am super loud, on the last night at 5am the fire alarm sounded for about an hour. Our room did have a few bugs like roaches or palmetto bugs. The hotel is right next to a night club that had super loud music going until 2am every night. Watching teens fight off our balcony almost every night. The only thing that was good was the beach access and the balcony view of the ocean. I took video of the sawing of pipes by plumbers but not sure how to post yet. You stay at a cheap place and get what you pay for. Check in was a nice lady, had to go back to the office because they left us no towels only wash clothes the next lady I dealt with was no smiles and kinda rude when I had to ask for towels. "

"The room was clean. The breakfast was minimal. Parking was great. Had to go to front desk to get fresh towels everyday of our stay and was giving a bag to put dirty towels in and was told to sit them in the hallway outside our room where they stayed. Didn’t realize dogs and cats were welcome in which my husband is allergic so he was sick the whole time. So sorry to say we will not be back!"

"The only good thing was is that hotel is right on the beach, rooms were very old, mattresses small and terrible we couldn't sleep. Been asking for towels for 4 days and they never came it's always in the laundry getting washed and not enough towels. I would never stay here again"

"Stayed here for a week with the kids for spring break. This place was perfect! It was clean, the rooms were nice, breakfast options were great! The staff were fantastic. The pool area was nice with daily entertainment and the nightly movies by the pool were a hit! Definitely recommend this place and will be back! "

"Hotel charges $42,80 while extra while checkout Watch out for extra charges and only one lift was working "

"Clean room, staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. Only downside is having to pay for parking and the cost of that on top of the room itself. "

"The view was beautiful. But the furniture is well over due for cleaning. Later that evening i noticed we did have any wash cloths, so my wife called the font desk and informed them, we were told the front desk closes at 6. And we would have to come down to the sister hotel down the road and get them our selves. So we had to walk a great deal to get there because parking is very limited, and didn't want to lose our space and end up having to park down the road. Oh and there's no phone in the rooms to call the front office. "
