"I would say the best thing about the property was the ocean view and beach. We unknowingly came at a bad time which was the tail end of spring break. People staying at the hotel were not very respectful of others, up late making noise, inappropriate flags hanging from balcony. Hotel was not in best condition, shower kept leaking until we got someone to fix it. Had to get replacement bed sheets when we checked into room. The boardwalk was unstable. After a sunset was walking to boardwalk from beach, I tripped on one of the boards and fell, bruised up my arm, hand, knee. Made report, but they didn't seem to accommodating from the incident other than taking notes because I requested it. All in all not the best experience at this hotel."

"The room was clean. The breakfast was minimal. Parking was great. Had to go to front desk to get fresh towels everyday of our stay and was giving a bag to put dirty towels in and was told to sit them in the hallway outside our room where they stayed. Didn’t realize dogs and cats were welcome in which my husband is allergic so he was sick the whole time. So sorry to say we will not be back!"

"The only good thing was is that hotel is right on the beach, rooms were very old, mattresses small and terrible we couldn't sleep. Been asking for towels for 4 days and they never came it's always in the laundry getting washed and not enough towels. I would never stay here again"

"Stayed here for a week with the kids for spring break. This place was perfect! It was clean, the rooms were nice, breakfast options were great! The staff were fantastic. The pool area was nice with daily entertainment and the nightly movies by the pool were a hit! Definitely recommend this place and will be back! "

"Clean room, staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. Only downside is having to pay for parking and the cost of that on top of the room itself. "

"We recently stayed at this property and were very disappointed with the lack of housekeeping service. Upon check-in, we were informed that rooms would be cleaned every other day. However, throughout our entire stay, our room was never serviced once. We had to repeatedly request basic necessities like fresh towels and clean sheets for the sleeper sofa, which became frustrating very quickly. Despite being told what to expect, those expectations were not met at all. Additionally, we requested to speak with management on two separate occasions and never received any follow-up. That lack of response only added to our frustration and made us feel that our concerns were not being taken seriously. The hotel itself is in a great location and has a lot of potential, but the lack of follow-through on something as standard as housekeeping—and the absence of communication from management—significantly impacted our experience. Consistency and accountability are key in hospitality, and unfortunately, both were lacking during our stay. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements so future guests don’t have a similar experience."

"The location of property is everything of course it’s access to the beach but it definitely needs some upgrading for sure! My shower head thing was coming down the ceiling was puffy as if maybe there’s some leakage issues and parking! Yeah be ready to park in the overflow parking which is across the street "
