Staff is always nice. Helpful. Hotel lobby is still incomplete, but it is well maintained. You can hear music at night, as there is a KTV downstairs. Free parking if you stay at the hotel. 24hr service. Rooms are clean, housekeeping is on point. Fast and efficient, I was in the room when they cleaned once. Nothing stolen, honest hotel. Huge plus is the An Dong market across the street, has anything you want to buy in Vietnam.
The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and spotless. Wonderful experience at this hotel.

We were robbed during our stay.
On recommendation from hotel staff, we used the hotel spa services for body and leg massage.
Our belongings in the spa locker were ransacked and cash was pilfered away.
Hotel and spa management seems to be in cahoots as they send us on merry go round when we tried to make reports to the hotel /spa and also the neighborhood police.

Extremely dangerous to visitor well-being and their belongings.
Place is perfect for what I expected. Simple, 24hr security, massage in hotel, clean, breakfast is amazing with personal chefs cooking omelettes and different Vietnamese noodle soups daily, walking distance to Cho An Đồng, parking for mopeds with 24-hr access, every Vietnam experience is walking distance. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is huge and clean. Can take a taxi to D1 in 10 mins. Everyone at the hotel is friendly.
My stay was 12 days at this hotel, not a dollar was stolen.
This is not a 5-star hotel. It is expected as the price is very affordable. Walls are a little thin, can hear my neighbor on a conference call. Mosquito bites are common. Some banging in the morning (hotel is still under construction). Everything should be remedied after one year. All in all, 4/5 stars for the experience.
Everything that this hotel advertised as having was a complete lie. I booked this stay for my honeymoon as it said it had an in house spa, restaurant, gym, etc. Absolutely none of that was the case. It was an unfinished nightmare of a building covered in dust and torn down walls. My room also had a leaking pipe from the ceiling. If I could give this zero stars I would.
Very bad security, our group had our cash stolen from a secured locker while we utilizing the hotel spa. Management states the are no master key to the individual lockers, and no one has access key other than the patron. We feel it’s an inside job.
“Do not stay at this hotel”
We got a massage and someone stole money from our lockers. There was three of us and all of us got robbed at the same time. What’s the chances of this happening? Definitely inside job! Confronted the staff, management and one of the owners and they blew us off saying there’s no evidence. They also do not have sufficient cameras to see who’s coming in and out of the locker room. This was setup on purpose that way. Later, we found reviews from a local Vietnamese site for the same issue of theft in the locker rooms. There is also no safe in the hotel room. The integrity of the hotel is definitely compromised. Avoid at all cost!
