Located in good location with good views. Was a bit difficult to find but once we got hold of agent she was very helpful in showing us the way. Staff is great, very clean, the location also great especially the convenience stores

The place itself was pretty and clean enough but the host was impatient, rude, and unprofessional. She’s quick to replying “OMG” and “read my text” when asked for clarification.. She needs to be much more professional if she wants to build a respectable reputation.

The area is far from any of the downtown Ho Chi Minh activities. Communication was poor and if I didnt have someone that could speak VN it would have been impossible. The condo did not look as the pictures. there were ants everywhere. Needs to have a book in english to explain how do do things. Turn on the hot water. towels were extremely small. I would not stay again

the building was not the good one

We arrived at the Origami building (as mentionned the confirmation email), but when i contacted the owner, she asked us to move to the Beverly Solari building. Not so far, but we have to book a car because of the luggages. The owner let the apartment key is in the mailbox. But we have no access at the first time, we have to ask a random resident to open the door to access the mailbox. Apartment not cleaned.
