"Wow when we first arrived we were greeted to a lovely welcome drink and fruit. The reception area is just beautiful and it is so calming away from the craziness outside! This hotel had a great location right in the centre of everything you need to see in Saigon. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I used the gym each morning which was perfect all equipment you needed, just no rower. Pool is lovely, lack of sun loungers due to the space up there so be prepared not get get a seat in the afternoon. We had an issue with our drinks at the rooftop bar. The hotel was quick to rectify and also provided us with a taxi to the airport which was a very lovely gesture. Breakfast is very good, variety of egg dishes to order and hot and cold buffet food with both European, Vietnamese etc. coffee is great! Wide section and they even did skimmed milk! Great roof top bar which serves lovely cocktails, have written feedback about the ‘happy hour’ as it doesn’t take any discount off your drink, you get spring rolls… we did go else where for drinks after the first night. As they are pricey at £9 each. Lovely bar called Sol on the corner which serve amazing cocktails and their happy hour is 90k each! Overall I would return and recommend to anyone looking for some luxury in the city! It was a nice final 3 days to stay here after 2 weeks in Vietnam. I actually wished I booked this hotel in Hanoi! "

"Everything is great except the laundry charge is way too much , I only have 39 pieces of clothes including underwear’s and the charge is over $100 usd. That is crazy"

"Great location, spacious, clean room with city views and very amenable staff. If your room is facing east/has city views, you might hear loud music coming from a club nearby but the music always stopped early enough and we slept well all four nights we were there. Overall a great stay. "

"I love me a heritage / landmark hotel so Caravelle was a big excitement for me this trip! The hotel comes with a rich history and was very welcoming and the room was beautiful and had an elegant, rustic touch to it. Facilities looked great (pool, gym) but didn't have time for them. Location is great and near to shopping malls and historic sites. "
