주변 편의시설이 좋아요
호치민 부촌 아파트에요.
층이 낮아서인지 뷰는 그저 그랬구요...
근처 랜드파크 및 공원도 가깝고 거의 모든 편의시설이 밀집해 있어요
배수 시설이 좋지 않은지 저는 센트럴 동이었는데 폭우가 쏟아지니 도로가 물이 차서 강이 되네요..;
물이 무릎 넘게 차더라구요..;
다만 아파트 내부 구조는 좀 잘못 나온듯요ㅎㅎ
