Thank you for our stay! Not only did our room have a beautiful view, the guesthouse served the most delicious food downstairs. So affordable and clean. Best street to stay on for delicious vietnamese and a quiet sleep

Good enough, but you can do better

I arrived early. The hotel staff were good enough to put me in a room early. But they said that I would have to pay an extra day. Because it was the more expensive room and I would have to switch. I then packed up to move to my new room at check out time. They then told me I could stay in the same room. So I suspect that they just did this so they could charge me the extra day. Very cheeky practice. The room was available early so why should I pay an extra day? The room needs LOTS of work. The counter in the bathroom was damaged. The desk damaged. There is mould everywhere. Near the aircon, on the roof, on the bed base. The shower was also damaged, it was leaky and hard to switch between the shower and hands washer. Generally the room was extemely worn and ready for major renovation. The bed was a bit hard for my taste. It was not a king but just 2 singles pushed together. Not great when you sleep near the middle of the bed. The corridors on my level had beds leaning against the wall. Making things a bit of a tight squeeze. There were also things stacked in starewells. So there were trip hazzards everywhere. Cleaning staff were very friendly. Very helpful.

Near B.T. market

1 min to BT market, plenty to do nearby. Good wifi. Rooms have desks, good for digital nomads. (Be careful in Ben Thanh market! Worst salespeople ever in that place, and pickpockets galore) Hotel has basic but ok breakfast buffet. Omelette is decent choice. Hotel can change money at decent rate. Polite staff. Would stay again for sure.

Near ben than market

The hotel near the restaurant . Just infront. Form the hotel u just can walk to market about 5 minute. The one staff name akin very nice ,very helpfull , friendly.

A words of cautious, lot of scammer arond, nice old lady by the street , charged me triple for a 50 ml bottle, peanut seller wii sell half a kilo for 100,000 dong, local will pay only 20,000 dong !

Overall an OK stay

Room condition seems to be a bit lacking in maintenance. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're a picky person. But we were fine with the stay though there are some inconveniences (refrigerator not working, hot water shower isn't available and etc). Mineral water bottles aren't inclusive, realised it only when checking out and had to make an extra payment of 15k dong per bottle.
