The hotel location was perfect and nearby airport. The staff are nice and attentive. The hotel room was good not great only because there was a smell of Durian in the mini fridge. Other than that we had a bath tub and a window from the bath tub looking to the bedroom. There was free hotel breakfast which was a plus.

The hotel and facilities were excellent. The staffs were very friendly, good and helpful. The breakfast is still not good, if the management can improve better food. Then the hotel will be excellent. I will book to stay at this hotel again in December this year for another tour.

Nice breakfast, helpful staff, breakfast buffet is pretty decent. However, we were not excited about the carpet in the hallways and rooms, and worst of all was the uncomfortable old spring mattress that was painful to sleep on. The staff did place an extra comforter on top but still did not help much. Please update the mattresses!!
