We were welcomed back by the friendly door staff and the reception staff. Our porter took our luggage to our room and was so helpful. He showed us lighting TV and air còn.

I was put in a room with a direct view of the top of the atrium. The area around the atrium was awfully dirty. I had to close the blinds to avoid seeing the dirt. I would like the management to contact the taxi driver who forced me to pay him 130K Viet dong because he had no change. He still asked for more tips on top of that. He drove recklessly, with both hands often off the wheel. One of the concierge staff ordered this taxi. This is not a good way to send off a customer.

My Stay was Good, i was looking at late Check out with the Hotel & was asked by the Hotel to pay for 1 1/2 day stay which I agreed too, But they are charging me there normal rate & not according to the rate I paid for when I booked the hotel on your website. 아주 넓은 방이지만, 시설은 부족한면이 있습니다.(콘센트 위치 등이 불편하고, 샤워기가 조절손잡이가 없어서, 비누칠하면 물을 트는게 거의 불가능합니다.)

整體算很好， 1. 早餐有許多選擇，有現煮河粉、現煎蛋 服務人員 用餐餐廳風景也不錯，可以座在靠落地窗景的地方 服務人員隨時會幫忙收走食用完的餐盤 2.房間乾淨，地毯乾淨， 就是標準行政客房廁所沒獨立抽風機 (711號房) 套房廁所有讀立抽風機(510號房) 3.會一次給兩張房卡，一張可以一直插在入口供電的插卡處 有些飯店不會給兩張房卡 4.要注意迎賓會送水果放在房間，要收好，一次換房後的水果晚上回來發現少一顆水梨 5.頂樓泳池是沒有加溫地，但水看起來乾淨，可能是沒什麼人實際去遊 但有個設備算乾淨的健身房 6.提供寄放行李，入住還有工作人員會幫忙運送行李上去
