Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Location is good, close to city center, many food options around, a small supermarket across the street, apartment is clean, the bath towels is a bit old, you do smell a bit sewage smell sometimes from the bathroom. pillows and sheets were ok, communication with the host is very efficient and you get quick response. Overall is a good stay.

Good Location

No daily housekeeping as it’s stated in the apartment description. It’s every three days. The mean issue was the bathroom, the smells and no hot/warm water to shower. There was some warm water only in the first day. I tried it in the morning, afternoon and at night but no luck. Took cool shower which wasn’t that bad, but the bathroom smell was horrible. The internet was good with a big smart TV. They provided two big gallons of water which it’s plus considering I drink lots of water.

アパートメントタイプのホテルではなく、一般的なマンションでした。長年、東南アジアを旅行してきて、エクスペディアを利用してきましたが、掲載と違うホテルは初めてでした。フロント(入口)の守衛にチェックインの旨伝えると、LINEIDの交換をされました。この時点で疑わしいです。守衛は、交換すると外でタバコを吸い始め、どうすればチェックインできるのか伺うと、LINEを登録しパスポートを撮って送れ、と言いました。かなり抵抗があるので嫌でしたが、指示に従いました。何だかんだでチェックイン出来ましたが、チェックインするまで30分掛かりました。テレビはなく、プロジェクターがありましたが写りませんでした。2度修理に来ましたが写りませんでした。異国の地でテレビを見るのを楽しみにしていたので、映らないのであればキャンセルしたい事をLINEで伝えるも、最低2泊で1泊文は掛かると言われました。旅行で嫌な思いをしたくなかったので了承しましたが、帰国した今冷静に考えるとありえません。滞在した際、部屋でご飯を食べていると高層階に関わらず小さい蟻が部屋に出ました。良識ある日本人にはオススメできません。過去泊まったホテルで最低です。エクスペディアの対応には感謝しています。
