Having a washer/dryer in the room was great. Home was close to street with active nightlife (Ben Thanh), but with enough distance that I could still sleep. Being so close to 3 nearby convenient stores was also nice. Wifi worked quick and efficiently. When I needed to talk to host, response was very quick.
