Rooms are quite dated. Carpets looked old , bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable and the tv was not very clear. Bathroom is small but we also noticed that whenever we would take a shower , the floor would be wet due to water coming up through the drainage in the floor next to the toilet . We had to use the hotel towels to absorb them and keep the floor somewhat dry. breakfast was very basic, we only went to breakfast once and for the rest of our stay we opted to eat out. The employees are excellent and super helpful and they did their best to accomodate. This hotel is ideal for a short stay but because we were there for two weeks, we opted to change to a different hotel.

Very clean room. Made up each day. There was an attached balcony. We were in 7th floor, therefore the view of the dynamic city from balcony is very engaging. The room was in excellent condition.

Great Hotel with excellent service and comfort. Great top floor swimming pool and gym! Beautiful restaurant with many excellent dinners! Transfer services directly to the hotel is also available. Great Hotel with excellent service and comfort. Great top floor swimming pool and gym! Beautiful restaurant with many excellent dinners! Private airport transfer services directly to the hotel is also available that I was very happy with. Will absolutely recommend this hotel. So great and helpful staff as well. I stayed at the Lotus Saigon for a week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop pool was fantastic for inner-city. The buffet breakfast included was good. I found it easy to ealk around and things like the market was closer than i thought. The staff were great with helping me to book tours also. I would happily recommend and stay there again

Great recommendation by the helpful receptionist Duc Tai! Thanks Tai for your great service This clean comfortable spacious hotel is slightly older but has great charm. A short 5mins from the action of D1 - I appreciated being out of the hustle and bustle of the thick of it.

The hotel is well located for local attractions. is a bit old & dated, could do with make over. Room was regularly cleaned, with fresh towels supplied. Breakfast is a buffet style, not much choice but adequate. (Food is often cold though) Pool area a bit small but nice. Staff are pleasant enough.
